Ukraine has announced its final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against hot-rolled seamless steel tubes from China

On May 28^th ,The Ukrainian Interagency International Trade Committee of the Trade Remedy Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice to impose an anti-dumping duty of 51.52% on imports of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes from China for a period of five years. Related HS CODE of Ukrainian Custom is 7304 19, 7304 23 00 00,7304 29, 7304 39, 7304 59.

Zero anti dumping duty will be applied products from mill below :

1.Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd; Hengyang Valin MPM Co., Ltd.; Hengyang Steel Tube Group Int`l Trading Inc:  

                OD193,68mm/244,48mm(HS CODE: 7304 29 30 00) and related accessories

                OD508mm(HS CODE : 7304 29 90 00) and related accessories

2.Tianjin Pipe Corporation (Tianjin Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Pipe International Economic & Trading Corporation, Tianjin Pipe Steel Trading Co., Ltd.) :

                OD339,72mm(HS CODE:7304 29 30 00) and related accessories

                OD473,08mm(HS CODE:7304 29 90 00) and related accessories

The anti-dumping measures will take effect 30 days from the date of publication of the final ruling.
