MINISTRY OF COMMERCE: CONTINUE TO IMPOSE ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES FOR PART OF PIPE IMPORTED FROM AMERICA AND EUROPEAN UNION

On May 9^th,Announcement from Ministry of Commerce(MOC): According to article 50 in《Rules of Anti-dumping》,MOC propose to continue anti-dumping duties to “Tariff Commission of the State Council”(TCOSC).TCOSC make decision below : from May 10^th 2020,continue imposition of anti-dumping duties for “Alloy-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes for High Temperature and Pressure Service” imported from AMERICA AND EUROPEAN UNION with five year duration.

Certain Alloy-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes for High Temperature and Pressure Service,such as P92、10Cr9MoW2VNbBN、X10CrWMoVNb9-2 , etc.

DESCRIPTION:

OD≥127mm;

Chemical component(wt%):  0.07≤C≤0.13;  8.5≤Cr≤9.5;  0.3≤Mo≤0.6;  1.5≤W≤2.0;

Mechanical Property: Tensile Strength(TS)≥620MPa；

Yield Strength(YS)≥440MPa

No matter whether it is reprocessed or not ;

MAIN APPLICATION:

Certain Alloy-Steel Seamless Tubes and Pipes for High Temperature and Pressure Service with higher high-temperature strength and creep resistance.
