Regulated tank systems (such as those containing motor fuel) must be registered with the DEP. The Department often finds that such systems, especially ground-based ones, are in use but not registered. The Department is conducting an outreach campaign to provide motor fuel suppliers with basic information to ensure they are properly registered with all regulatory systems.
